What data we process and why

Only the data you send us when you write to us: name, company, email, phone (optional) and the content of your message. We use it to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles.

Legal basis

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How your data reaches us

The form stores nothing on the website: it opens your email program with the message prepared, and we only receive it if you send it.

Recipients and transfers

We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. We use email and web hosting providers (Google Firebase Hosting), which may process technical data such as the IP address as processors. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention

For as long as we handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the legal limitation periods. If there is no further relationship, we delete the data.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contacto@balore.tech. If you believe your rights have not been honoured, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
